Overview:
Polar Cloud works hand-in-hand with the executive team over a focused 4–8 week period to diagnose, design, and define the full marketing landscape required for success. This includes department design, budget forecasting, vendor ecosystem, and a high-level marketing roadmap. The engagement is followed by 6 months of light-touch advisory (1-hour weekly check-ins) to assure implementation remains aligned and agile.
